Those three should be resolved before any other bug work is even considered. They are all game breaking in their own way.
I worked quality control in the private sector for over a decade, and if there were glaring issues like this in any product I inspected that were not immediately corrected, I would have been fired. Especially if the product happened to be released to the contract and was returned as a rework. You only get one chance to make it right in the real world.
So QA, where are your priorities?

I have seen this question asked many times before. I've asked myself. Never an answer. Best guess is that, as long as the game as a whole is still playable, they consider the bug low-medium priority.

the graphics issue is listed as number 1 because it is in fact a show-stopper for many people I know.
I tolerate it as it is right now, but many of my friends havent played for over a month because they cant see anything in the game.

The first one is too broad and as such there is no way anyone could actually say it's game breaking unless you're specific.
2 and 3 aren't game breaking you can easily play the game without them ever being an issue.
If the dev's stopped to fix every "game breaking" bug that was posted there would never be anything done as everyone reports everything as game breaking
Game breaking by definition means you CANNOT play the game due to said bug.
Yes, I'm that Askray@Batbayer in game. Yes, I still play. No, I don't care. Former Community Moderator, Former SSR DJ, Now Full time father to two kids, Husband, Retail Worker. Tiktok: @Askray Facebook: Askray113
You think im the only one experiencing it? Ask around in game too, its everywhere.
Like I stated, you made no definition as to what graphics bugs there were you just stated graphics bug. I get it's an issue, everywhere I doubt that or the forums would be flooded with reports of it (including myself)
I'm betting it's tied into a graphic driver issue localized in a few video cards which takes a lot longer to diagnose and track where to put a fix in.

Technically, it can also mean a bug that is hurting the player's enjoyment so much that it might as well be broken, as it is in essence broken to that player.
Game breaking is used by me, and many other gamers in that context, it's not always used to describe the gaming being broken to unplayable but rather broken to us that an important factor of what makes the game whole to us is non functional or working improperly which significantly ruins and degrades the over-all experience.
Kind of like the experience I'm having right now with the Bulwark and the Reflective Immunity Matrix bug that I made a post about and filed several bug reports the other day (which I don't ever expect to get replied to about and don't hold out any hope whatsoever that it will ever get fixed considering the track record of this supposed QA team that I hear spoken about but never really does anything to prove it exists).
I'd put the calendar at 2 (3 if you use beams I guess) but I can't argue much with that list otherwise. I know people who have left because of the graphic bug and won't return until it's fixed (I'm very close to that myself at this point.) Also, Cryptic/PWE MUST understand that the fact it exists means it can affect new players, and new players who may otherwise have stayed could just leave for good when they get hit by this bug repeatedly. Also, not everyone in the game uses these forums (perhaps they should, but they do not.)
OTOH, my boffs seem to have fixed themselves for some reason. So...yay?
Those three should be resolved before any other bug work is even considered. They are all game breaking in their own way.

LOL???????
You now there are also more important bugs than those , a LOT more, right???
If im not using FAW, why should i consider it a important bug to be solved? xD,. Thats the way people think, and anyways, u cant "ask" for solving those bugs when there are thousands of there important as well.
U already know how ctyptic works, so dont ask this sort of questions. Their priorities, everybody knows what are they, or almost any reasonable person should. And with those priorities, and the way cryptic works, it will be a miracle to see those 3 aspects solved soon (xD, i think is the first time i say something like this to a mmorg company, but crypctic is "special").
A lot of people doesnt have graphics issues, a lot of people are FED or romulan characters so they dont have the Delta V bug, so as i said, those bugs are important for you, but not for me, for example. And honestly i dont care, at this point this game will never be a great one, not while all the bugs in the game are solved. But its too late for that, since on every update with new stuff ctyptic releases, we have 50 new bugs prepared to be discovered. The problem is, the bugs before that are not solved, so , u get the picture.
Do you really think ctyptic cares about 5-10% of the players with graphic issues that are going to stop playing?? with all the money cryptic is gathering, just only from this game, they will just forget about it and keep releasing stuff with new buyable content. So, people will keep playing, keep buying stuff, keep giving cryptci money and new bugs will appear, of course, bugs that will be added to the list and will be never solved. So, i just recommend to the players that are still playing, that dont keep posting threads with bugs or complains because its useless. It will be unless people once for all realizes on whats going on,.
I know that as far as the DV bug, it has adversely affected all my KDF characters by preventing me from getting one of the best doffs for the winter assignments. If you are really arguing that a bug shouldn't be given any priority because YOU are personally not affected by it, I really hope you don't mind when you get some bugs that DO affect you. Of course, I starting to feel like that's how Cryptic is pretty much treating the entire KDF at this point.
Uh huh, look at the dozens of people its affecting in just the one thread alone. (if you closely look at the graphics forum there are actually about two dozen separate threads about it over the first 3 pages, with one that has over 10,000 views)
On the forum, which accounts for how small of a slice of the player population.
Ask around in game too, my guess is its affecting over 20 percent of the whole playerbase, perhaps more.
This is not isolated to a few people, its rampant.
Just because YOU dont have it doesnt mean others dont. Typical ignorance at its finest.

Your typical forum troll will say:
"Ive never gotten it, it must not exist"
