C-Store ships for all account chars?

Hi All,

I know this has been answered in the past, but I couldn't find the information I was looking for on a recent thread.

I've finally got a char to level 50, and I promised myself when I did that I'd buy some ships from the C-Store.

What I want to know is, when I do so, will those ships be available to all eligible characters on my account?

I know this always used to be the case, but the specific wording on some of the newer ships is confusing things for me.

    All c-store ships are indeed account bound.
    It's not my fault if you feel trolled by my Disco ball... Sorry'boutit.

    All ships bought from the C-store are account wide for toons of the appropriate faction.

    A Federation character can use all Federation ships.
    A Klingon character can use all kdf ships.
    A romulan character can use all ships of the romulan faction, plus all ships of tier 4 or below of their allied faction.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    The caveat being, that you buy your first one from the C-store with zen. If you use your veteran token to get it, then that purchase was for only that character.

    I beleive that there may be several C-Store ships that are NOT account wide. If i recall there is a version of the excelsior and the Nebula that is not account wide. I cant recall if those are LOWER tier versions or not, however just wanted to point this out because although 98% of c-store ships are ACCOUNT wide for eligible characters,, not ALL of them are. The ones that ARE account wide ussually say something in the description to similar too " Unlocking this ship allows access for all eligible characters" sometimes its in RED BOLD letters,,,

    Congrats on getting to lvl 50,, i would suggest getting the Galaxy Retro if you are a cruiser fan... YES it has its weakness's but with some tweaking it can be one hell of a tank!:D

    No, you're thinking of the fleet modules, to get fleet ships.
