I have been trying to update our Fleet Emblem but the color scheme seem to be off.
There is Background and Foreground - when attempting to change the color of any of the background or foreground pictures, it will not allow you to select brighter tones and hues.
If you select a brighter tone or hue during the Fleet Emblem customization screen, it will always set at a default Baby Blue color.
Any word when this Fleet Emblem Background/Foreground Color Bug will be fixed, I would like to edit our Fleet Emblems.
Hello in 2016. Well the bug is worse, it seems you can only access a small box of colors. You can't go anywhere near the far top left and bottom most right and left.

Well like right after I posted that I figured our how to get around the bug. When you are selecting the color you want, put your cursor over the save button and use your arrow keys to move to the color you want. I had to do this over and over about 4 times until it actually changed.
Hope this helps for anyone who was having the same problem I was.

Yea I got the fleet emblem color palette blues as well. C'mon Cryptic, it's been MONTHS now, can't we PLEASE have a fix for this?

Changing designs, not only reverts you to that baby blue, but saving the NEW design does NOTHING!!!
