    I got booted from the game and the chat server via Pidgin, so it's definitely not just you.

    Nope - launcher starts but then hangs on connecting to login server :(

    Beer Cheese Dip from Hidden Valley?


    Prep Time: 15 Minutes
    Ready In: 15 Minutes
    Servings: 24

    "This creamy, cheesy dip with a hint of beer is great with chips, pretzels, and chopped fresh veggies."

    INGREDIENTS:

    1/2 cup beer, or more to taste
    2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley?
    Original Ranch? Dips Mix
    2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese,
    softened
    Chopped green onions (optional)

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and dips mix in medium bowl. Gradually stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency. Garnish with green onion and additional Cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels or vegetable pieces.

    Now it's reaaaalllly slow on loading foundry maps.
    Not sure about others.

    ...and, by the time I get a chance to check if there IS server issues (dev-blog, front-end news, etc.) and finally get to here, it's back up again. :P

    Oh, thanks greatly for linking that site, pascal! (I could swear PWE had a little 'redlight/greenlight' widget on their page for server status, but this'll be much simpler to check)

    could very well be isp's on the way in are having issues, im in with no problems right when people were saying they couldnt log in\

    It's all the disgruntled PvPers who think PvE is a disease they need to cure us afflicted souls of. They finally got fed up at our refusal and went full "scorched earth." If they can't get their way, nobody gets to play. :D

    1st try, couldn't get in.

    2nd try, got in, a wee bit choppy. Launched into a SFB... first wave fine. Second wave? ... Lol. Ping>2500

    3rd try: lets see...

    Bah, this sort of thing happened fairly recently (as in friday I think) and the same workaround gets me in.

    Go into the launchers options and set the gameplay proxy to us and then try logging in if you are having no luck currently.

    Someone suggested typing in ipconfig /flushdns into your command prompt on your computer.
    Seems to be stable with this atm.

    Hi Captains,

    Apologies for the delay in posting -- simply, I was asleep (I know! You all thought I was an android! Sorry to burst your bubble :P).

    This should all be resolved now. A hiccup at our data center for Cryptic games caused most players to DC, and a short delay for those affected to reconnect, but all should be resolved now. The team continues to monitor.

    If you were having any issues (lag, DCs, etc.) before the "hiccup" around 7:20am PST this morning, they may have been due to local or regional ISP issues that unfortunately we don't have control over. Please check out this post, and the entire thread, for more information.

    Now that I'm up, I'm jumping in game! See you there :D
