Alpha Strike is broken??

I strongly think that alpha strikes that your ship produces is broken, I've noticed that dps has dropped dramatically,not just me but also fleetmates that i play with.Alpha Strike decides in a way the progress of your dps.Maybe they nerfed the Alpha Strike?? Or prehaps they broke the FAW again?? because i am beam build

    faw is broken. procs do not register :)
