sorry its not too clear what you put 200 but I am guessing that's $ if so why have you never put you money into a lifetime sub, you get a load of great stuff with it and 500 zen free every month.
I allready have LTS for 2 years now. Is it worth it no it is not worth it .
But as long as I have fun it's ok...

Most people have missed the point of the thread it seems.
This isn't much about where to buy overpriced useless junk so much as the perceived value of said overpriced useless junk by the OP.
Myself, I no longer spend money on this game, I won't until they start to fix whats wrong with it and not keep piling more garbage onto the heap.
some people must not think its overpriced useless junk or cryptic wouldn't keep selling stuff.
if the players perceive the cost of items is too overpriced what are the doing still buying them.
If anybody feels that way then they should do as you are and not buy anything.
it seems that the vast majority do not feel this way and are willing to pay for c store stuff or to get dil on the exchange.
When I think about everything we've been through together,
maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,
and if that journey takes a little longer,
so we can do something we all believe in,
I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.
I've been playing since end of May, early June. I have found that the only things you "have" to spend real money on are increasing the size of your bank, inventory, money cap, and possibly your DOff roster(just to save time from micromanagement).
Everything else can be found on the exchange, even fleet ship modules. If you have to wait 1-3 weeks to acquire an item then you wait. That's life, saving and waiting. You don't always get it right now and you shouldn't. Earning it makes it more rewarding as well.
Buying the right DOff from the exchange and using them to make mk xii consoles is what I did. Yes, maybe 1/10 was worth anything. But when you have more than one character(I have a total of 2), it makes it much faster to farm the artifact needed. Let your main character with the special purples do the mission to fabricate the console.
It didn't take but a month after getting the right DOff's to start building 30mil EC consoles and selling them within hours. Yup, I had to wait and EARN it. I could have spent money, but I'm not part of this generation of "gotta have it NOW" kids.
I am sure I am not the only one, but currently I spend exactly zero on this game right now.
Granted I have an lts which I paid for in the beginning, but since f2p and the stipend/dilithium exchange, I don't spend any real money.
Cstore ships (that I would own) are released so infrequently, that it allows me to save up and not spend a penny.
Had the lobi store been a non entity, and all those lockbox ships were put in the cstore (still char bound) for a reasonable price, I would actually spend money on getting some of them.
Clearly Cryptic don't actually want my money, which for f2p game, is quite refreshing
Yeah why more ships are not in the c store is beyond me. For example the winter event ship could be in there for those who cant be bothered earning it.
A TIME TO SEARCH: ENTER MY FOUNDRY MISSION at the RISA SYSTEM Parallels: my second mission for Fed aligned Romulans.
Meh. Lobi schmobi. I only buy C-store stuff, because it's the only accountwide unlocks. Got 14 characters - character-only purchases make no sense to me. Then I outfit my ships for free, just through playing the game, getting some dil, EC's and FC's in the process.
*shrug*
Then again, I mostly play KDF, so it's not as big a draw on your wallet to keep up to date with the C-store ships :P
