Both Ships for Winter Event

Hello all,
I would like to have it made so that both ships (last years and this years) can be obtained from the winter event instead of having to choose. There isn't a good reason to limit players choices, especially people who have been playing long, and simply didn't have the characters they did now last year to even have a shot at getting the ship. That mostly applies to new Romulan characters, and any new Romulan players who started playing STO with the release of LoR.
I would also like to point out that if this were to occur that players would have to shellout a large amount of lobi to get both ships since that you simply couldn't grind enough to get more than 1 due to timegates. Personally speaking, I would be willing to spend that lobi towards getting my new characters both ships.

You should not be forced to choose which prize you want. cryptic wants more sales right? heres another way to make more sales. allowing people who haven't earned previous years prizes to get them will undoubtedly have to buy lobi to get more Q Pictures to get both prizes. Even if they buy keys off the exchange, those keys had to be bought by zen.

So, to confirm, you'll be able to slot either Ship project, and if you complete the project, you'll be able to slot the project for the other ship.

I assume for those of us who already have the Breen ship from last year, we'll only be able to slot the new ship.
On a side note, the Gingerbread Colony PVE does sound awesome! Got my snowball shooters primed and ready!
They definitely will not make you choose only one.
However, knowing Cryptic, you will only be able to purchase one free ship with the event tokens, the other will very well require you to spend real money. Unless you saved up the Q Pictures from last year, where you might get a second free ship.
Just to clarify, for those like my self who were not able to obtain last years event ship we will have enough time to grind out Q photo's for both ships? I was off line for last year's so I don't know how the event stuff worked back then.
You'll actually be able to slot either, but as they are character bound, it would probably only make sense to slot the new ship. This option comes in handy in case you discharged the Chel Grett for some reason.

Depends on how many you have saved up. You could technically obtain both without having to spend Lobi if you have enough autographs saved up, and participate in the necessary amount of days for the event to earn more for the other ship.

Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
I probally have over 20 that I haven't opened from last year (That I will probally never use taking up bank space). Would be cool if we had an option where you could gift it to another person like for say some of these people who didn't get it last year so they don't have to grind it out so they can have both.

I wish they could add a Re-Boxing ability for event ships.
The Chell Gret is old, sort of. Was only available at the winter event last year.
There'll be a second ship though, despite rumours of another Breen ship nothing is confirmed.
Until tomorrow though, hopefully.
with no official confirmation which makes it a rumor.for the europeans we won't find out until around 2pm at minimum. because los gatos is in california, 8 hours back.

And presumably cannot earn enough of the pictures without spending Lobi which if they are the same sort of ratio as last time means more lobi than any of the actual lobi ships.
Everytime i see the breen ship (current one ingame) i am sad because i can't get it. I think it looks very nice. I was not playing when it was handet out in the last event so i am very happy that i get a chance to obtain one!
IIRC the event will last around 30 days.

You can get either the Breen Chel Grett Warship or the Breen Plesh Brek Heavy Raider. It runs from December 5 to January 15.
