Hi all,
I have just purchased a new Dell Alien ware PC and I am trying to load Star Trek On-line onto it.
Game loaded fine , patched nicely but it is asking for my life time member number? I have no idea what this is? Any advice on where I can find this out?
Thanks,
Worfhonour

Yeah, I have also been a life time member from the day the game was released in the UK and I have never heard of this either?
After I have entered my password and it is about to transfer to 'play' a Pop-up box asked for my life time member number?
New to me

yup it is 'Account Guard'
This could be the end of my time on the Star Trek On-line game as my 'e' mail account has not worked since the transfer to PWE.
MSN changed to Outlook and my 'e' mail addy changed, PWE wont let me update my 'e' mail keeps stating 'e' mail in use, so it looks like I am screwed, been great fun.
That is why I cannot purchase ZEN, it as never been resolved even after many tickets.
Have fun all it is a good game:D
Send in a support ticket... This is only "the end" if you let it be... Since PWE took over support from Cryptic and Atari, rumor has it that sending in a Support ticket actually helps.
It's difficult to tell from your post, but I assuming that you are using the account with the LTS to make these posts. And the old MSN email is linked to it. And you want to update the account to use the Outlook address, but it's in use with a different account.
So go to STO.perfectworld.com, and make sure you are not logged in. Now press My Account and instead of logging, say you have forgotten your account name. Fill in your Outlook email address and you'll get an email telling you the PWE account name. Now repeat the process, but for the password. You now have access to the account that the Outlook email is registered with. You can now update this account to use a different email address, and then switch your LTS account to use the Outlook email.
The Change Email address function is on the My Account page. You just need a new email address to swap this other account too.
When moving an account to a different email address, you don't need the original email address to confirm with. You just need to be able to login with that account.
It may take a couple of days depending on the time of day you send your ticket in or reply to e-mails from them. Also on the volume of tickets they are currently working on. But my situation was worse than yours and I got fixed up in 3 days with only 1 e-mail a day from either side.
