The mirror universe. We've not done much in it. The old incursion we used to use to get skill points. A few episode missions here and there. A sector space encounter. And of course the new queue mission. But that's about it. But why not a fleet holding?
The fleet holding exclusive items are easy to do. Terran empire and Klingon/Cardassian alliance DOFFs. New mirror costume unlocks(cause let's face it, the only mirror costume parts available are Fed-only, and 200-300 years out-of-date). Hell, we could even get fleet-tier mirror ships.
No idea where it would be located though, aside of course from in the mirror universe itself.
What does everyone else think?

The sponsorship token should be able to be sold for marks, doffs, dilithium, etc., maybe in an additional tab in the dilithium exchange window.
This would also be a good way for high-tier fleets to sell or trade shipyard access without people needing to leave/join fleets.
Sure yet another holding is kinda the complete opposite of that, but I'm sure something could be done about it.

Mirror Fleet Elite Phasers would obviously have the resistance debuff, while Elite Disruptors would have the shieldheal proc.
reduced costs of all fleet holdings across the board to what the embassy and starbase was when that was the only holdings. Basicly all holding at T0 with 4 holding and the starbase cost as much as the embassy and starbase. then as new holdings are added the costs to projects decrease to match.
Make all Rep cost a single token for the 2k project and nothing else. double rep use the same single token for 4k. reduce the cost to stockpile tokens from marks everytime new rep is added.
Next holding.. I dont care, just have good stuff to unlock making it worth the time and effort. but we are running short on items a holding can carry that will not make rep obsolete or a rep version making the holding obsolete. So i suggest hybrid weapons like phased polarons or whatever in a fleet version. Then hybrid consoles that have sci and engineering or engineering and tac.

Mirror Fleet ships - yes IF they are only available to fleet members. The whole value of fleet ships is that they are hard to get, and have to be worked for.
Fleet Sponsorship Tokens - hell no. Working to build your fleet takes effort. Giving smaller fleets a pass isnt' fair to those of us who've worked HARD to achieve them.

You beam to the MU version of your Fleet Starbase and, through projects, slowly take control.
Don't get me wrong. Mirror Universe is fun and I would like the storyline to be expanded - but let's face it: if we get a Mirror Universe Fleet Holding, we will get a Mirror Universe Season, too.
And that means that we don't get something else - and there are many things more important at this point then the Mirror Universe.
Actually, I am already a bit afraid of our coming excursion to the Delta Quadrant.
The known space it at all out war at how many fronts now? 9? 10? I lost count.
Now we are randomly expanding into a Dyson Sphere (a construct which equals all worlds of the Federation, Romulans and Klingons combined... and then multiplied a few hundred thousand times. It's really that big.
Okay, okay, Omega. I got that.
But... seriously, the Federation, Klingons and Romulans are stretched thin to no end.
Next comes the DQ proper... and then we should expand military operations into a different universe??
Star Trek needs a lot suspension of disbelief.

Well, as for location, i think there's a no-brainer ingame.
The Aenigma Nebula.
We already know its temporally loose, as it were. Why not dimensionally loose too?
Have a rift open up in the space map of the nebula that acts as a portal between the two universes.
Obviously a joint task force of sorts will sit on that rift, possibly setting up an additional sentry station to watch over things and respond if necessary.
The current Aenigma station can be off limits to all except veterans, just let the space map be open.
The fleet holding can be a module on the sentry station.
As for the fleet holding rewards, I agree with things like MU constume unlocks but think ships may be a bit op.
Perhaps open up a fleet holding store with access to the whole range of current MU ships maybe.
Where I'd like to see this holding focus is on devices and batteries, rather than consoles, ships or weapons.
There's a clear dearth of devices in the game. There are a few, but they're rare.
Batteries are ubiquitous and come in many flavours.
Thing about an MU holding is that they are, in many ways, the same as us. Tech, as such, wont be that different.
However, a difference in philosophical approach could mean a greater use of devices and a different approach to batteries.
What if batteries didnt boost power to a system, instead boosting a specific set of skills?
Seems to me the MU is an ideal place to expand some of the lesser relied upon game mechanisms.
These would need to all be different from the start. It still amazes me that there is virtually no difference with a standard Star Cruiser and a Fleet Star Cruiser (yet there is with an Assault Cruiser). The Fleet Star Cruiser should come with a Lt. Cmd Science and an Ensign Science (reflecting that of the Assault Cruiser).

Edit: @ darthmeow504: the mirror Adv escort is like the prime universe patrol escort and vice-versa. That's why I didn't include the 5 tac consoles. Aside from one console, I think the prime universe Fleet Patrol Escort has what you're looking for.
