Reputation Rewards Selection (Bug?)

I have completed several of the Tier One for character reputation and cannot select projects to start Tier Two until I select reward for the Tier I just comepleted. The problem is that it will not let me select the reward.

I use to play as a Sub about a year ago and recently come back. I do remember just selecting the icon but it will not allow me to do so. Is this a bug because of the new update? Is it because I was once sub and now am free to play?

I have submitted a support ticket but have not received a response so I am trying here.

    Did you run the update project "Claim Tx reward"? If not, that's why you cannot select what benefit you want out of the newly gained tier in that rep.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I did not see that task buried in the mix of the other tasks nor did I remember it. I am running it now.

    Glad I ended up hopping here before the game itself then, and that this was indeed your problem (and it got resolved :cool:)
    And I agree, unless you're a "dedicated" poke around kind of person to try and find things, it's not all that self-intuitive on how to claim Tier bonuses.

    You can select the reward is under the 'Upgrade tab" the last tab under your rep system
