Post Processing / Anti-Alising already enabled -- next suggestion please?

I spent a good chunk of time over the last few days trying various combinations and settings -- including reducing everything to "looks like Commdore-64" mode
I get maybe three map changes before the acid-warp hits.
This has been going on since Season 8 hit.... I've been complaining about it too in various threads, bug-reports, tickets, direct appeals to Jesus Christ and I even CC'd Hastur in on the latest email to Support.
So... for those of us who have tried darn near everything -- what else do you suggest?

A new STO!!! No just kidding, but they definitely screwed up the graphics amongst other things for people.

decision made I'd say, it's time to stop paying monthly for the game (unless they fix this problem now). I have no doubt I'm not alone in feeling this way.
