Screen Glitching

Ive been getting some serious screen glitching since, well, since the patch today, 11-21-13. The screen goes negative and "stutters" like bouncing windows in Windows XP.

I'm very new to this, sorry if this in the wrong place. I have some screenshot examples, Ill try to add them properly if I can. I am running on a brand new PC and its been working like powerhouse on this game for the last two weeks no issues, then all of a sudden today, whenever i load up a map with people in it (so far only ESD and Federation Fleet Alert that ive done, I get this issue. Also, it only affect the actual gameplay part of the window as my HUD is compeletely unaffected. I have my fps capped to prevent screen tearing but that shouldn't be the issue, right?

It caused the "negative" affect randomly it seems, but the stutter comes from moving the camera. Is this a bug or have I just got a personal problem? :(

    Yeah it's a pretty serious bug, and happening to many people, myself included.

    I expect there will be some kind of fix within the next couple days

    I'll be expecting;
    *Emergency Maintenance" when I sit down and try to play this weekend. :P

    OH thank goodness its not just me...and sorry to the forums, i just saw as I was coming back in that theres a separate bug/issues subforum, I didnt see that when i was coming in!

    Anyways, yeah would be nice to see it fixed :D

    Do you see the big yellow header at the top of this band many other threads?

    It's a work around for the time being

    I certainly hope so! Although it's one of the 2 big post-S8 graphic issue threads, within the Graphical & Sound Issues sub-forum, and the other is still with us since launch.

    Smearing/stuttering issue (as described by the OP and post 21st Nov patch)
