the adittional buff for speed / turn rate / resistence vs tb, when tactical fleet is running, is not provided to team mates.
the trait for science fleet is working as intended.
don't have any informations for the trait on engi pilots.

should be 30seconds for team mates, according to the trait buff on myself and the trait buff of science fleet on team mates

Thank you lascaille for the report.

I have gone ahead and verified that this is indeed occuring and it has been input into our database.

I need to double-check when I get back in game, but have always expected Engineering Fleet to give a boost to all power (via it's buff to the Warp Core skill), but I've never seen the buff.

That's because the Eng Fleet buff to power is laughably small. It provides +16 points to Warp Core Potential. 99 points in WCP is a +5 total boost to all power levels; that means that +16 WCP equates to +0.8 all power levels. Tell me, do you really think you'd notice that during combat? :P

And due to rounding, sometimes that doesn't even change the displayed power levels for all subsystems!

I thought my teams just like to turret...i even told my fleet about how epic it is and they said they were getting the boost...when your fleet lies to you, who can you trust? :P

    Good catch though
    Chive on and prosper, eh?

Yes. *I* would notice. Especially when I test out of combat and see no changes. I happen to know a thing or two about Ship's Power (I wrote this ), and using my Calc I've confirmed/know you're correct about the +0.8 to each subsystem being the expected amount, the way the game rounds the display, etc.

Take my Main Engie for example... His power levels are displayed in-game as:

    118/100
    74/25
    56/25
    87/50

But the calculated totals are really:

    118.86/100
    74.74/25
    26.66/25
    87.76/50

Add the +0.8 and everything should tick-up to a display of:

    119/100
    75/25
    57/25
    88/50

I've tried activating Engineering Fleet while sitting in Sol, for example, and I see no change to any subsystem. While viewing my skill value list I see no change there either.

I've tried this test on my other Engineers with similar (lack of) results. I'll try to post some screen shots when I get a chance.
