Outfits bugged

A week ago I logged on to notice that all my KDF character's outfits have reverted to default outfit one and cannot be changed or edited. I tried placing a ticket but apparently there are no more GMs and the support website doesn't load. Great customer service. :mad:

    I would have to agree, outfits do not seem to be working correctly for me at all. Only two of my 7 charachters can successfully change their outfits at all. None of the saved BOFF outfits will load. This is a small annoyance as I am replacing some on my primary toon to make them all purple. I don't want to loose the look of my crew whom I am attached too by now. Oh well, I guess I will wait until this is fixed, but it would be nice to know it is being looked at.

    None of the outfit slots on my character will allow me to create a off duty outfit using my 21st century outfit i purchased in the store. the default was first slot was my duty uniform second was off duty and third was fleet. I tried renameing them and still no option for off duty. customizing my ship seems to be bugged to unable to apply any of the material options or the pattern options... just looking for help here :)

    a week i had it for more than 3 months I am not here to whine again about the tailor and i do think they done a great launch for season 8 but i honestly not expecting a fix maybe the winter event will be the best chance of it happening but do not expect it to happen man ive sent bug reports and nothing i suppose theres alot on their plate which can be understandable but the other thing that would fix it is if feds get the problem

    I want to purchase the acadamy costume and voth costume for my kdf but i cant see it happening with the bug still around

    Good news is that we got two free slots due to the bug but if it does not get fixed soon im worried one more bug will finish it off and have to be rebuilt from the ground up!

    Let's hope winter event will be our saviour!
