Where in the world is Elisa Flores?

We are also happy to announce that existing Federation captains will be able to invite Elisa Flores to join their crew by speaking with the contact at Starfleet Academy near Lt. Ferra.


Been there, the NPCs around Ferra don't give any option to get the BOff.

    Just got her. look at the officers inside the kiosk Lt. ferra is in. go stand next to the one that never did anything but sit in his chair. Or go stand infront of Commander Viala and look towards the kiosk and exit walk forward to the kiosk window... Prsonnel officer with nothing over his head. only one there sitting because he is lazy...

    not so hard to put in a transfer...

    What BO abilities does she come with? I assume she's very rare like Tovah.

    I hope Mr. Highson gives us a duct tape head costume piece so I can put it over her mouth when I choose to get her on my Fed main.

    I'd say it's worth getting. I got it for 2 of my toons.

    Space-wise she has TS3 and APO3. I never looked at her ground abilities.

    Can you get more than one of her? I noticed that when I hit a vendor before I 'unpacked' her from her box, that she had a selling price of 600 EC.
