Omega Graviton Amplifier hits me?

It seems that with the new patch, the Omega Graviton Amplifier is hitting me randomly. I checked the combat log, and it's definitely not just a graphical error -- I am taking damage from it.

It's more than a little annoying, I must say.

[EDIT: It also appeared that I was getting hit by my own Feedback Pulse.]

    Its just not that.. the sci console plasma proc is also hitting the player as well..

    I've been having the same issue.

    From combat log:

    Your Omega Graviton Amplifier deals X Kinetic Damage to you.

    Thats why I keep having to use HE, I thought the anti-proton arrays had some new function on the voth I didnt know about.

    Ha, well.. its a new bug!

    I lose power when I hit someone with my plasmotic leech. I suffer -20 resists when I hit people with my disruptors, many people in chat report that every weapon proc applies to them and not their target.

    Someone forgot to carry the 1.
