[Hangar - Tachyon Drones]
Tachyon drones don't launch correctly for the Vo'Quv KDF carrier. According to STO tachyon drones launch 2 per wing, each hanger supports 2 wings. Strangely Vo'Quv Carriers can only launch 4 tachyon drones no matter what. 1 wing per hanger bay, and the hanger display screws up also... This was discovered with normal tachyon drones, normal Vo'Quv. Can't test the others at this time (too poor).

[Polarized Disruptor Beam Array Mk XI] and [Polarized Disruptor Beam Array Mk XII]
There's no damage difference between XI & XII. I'm sure XII > XI, not XI = XII. (shocked no one noticed)

[Console - Rule 62 Multipurpose Combat Console]
This does console does not buff mine damage. It clears states it buffs torpedo and mine damage by 11.4%. The torpedo weapons are stronger, but mines are not affected by this lying console. Ha ha.

Nothing changes.

[Omega Plasma Torpedo Launcher Mk XII [Dmg]x2 [CrtH]]
Heavy torpedoes have 1 HP. Whoa, what happened? The main reason I used this torpedo was it had HP, and some random NPC shot wouldn't kill it. Even the Unimatrix boss torpedoes have 1 HP. No longer a threat anymore. This needs to be fixed please. Don't see why the Romulan Red Torpedo of death keeps its HP. Very unfair to me and the unimatrix boss NPCs.

"That's all Cryptic. Keep up the good work."

The dress is gold and white. Over 70% people says so. When viewed from a certain screen angle it appears blue and black. The dress displayed on amazon is a blue and black dress, but it's not the same dress in the picture. If you're seeing blue & black you're slightly colored blind. A normal upright screen = white and gold.

So I see that the description tooltips are definitely off. I also wonder about the in-space tooltip (weapons manager). Have you checked them in combat as well?

Edit: I mean for the phased polarons and torpedo/mines.

Yep, I checked Both. I know the fire beam array in weapons tray show a higher number than the equip screen. XI and XII is still the same there too. Same with the mines.

Thank you atlantra for the bug report.

We've reviewed the reported issues and below are some clairifications.

Hangar Pet - Tachyon Drones: This is actually a bug with the UI of hangar pet which is a known issue. Tachyon Drones only allow 1 wing of 2 drones per hangar bay as indicated by their advanced item description.

Polarized Disruptor Beam Arrays: Issue was created and added to the database, thankfully this is not a global issue and is specific to certain versions of the item.

Console - Rule 62 Multipurpose Combat Console: Good catch, the issue has been created and added to the database.

Omega Plasma Torpedo Launcher: I went ahead and confirmed with one of our Systems Designers and they indicated that this was WAD, the player version of the Plasma Energy Bolt has always had 1 hp.

Keep those reports coming all, it takes us time to wade through the deluge but I assure you we're in with floaties in tow.

Please for the love of all that is good, fix the deflector officer doff that doesn't reduce the cooldown for Energy Siphon or Tachyon Beam. The original bug was reported more than a year ago and I've been keeping a thread alive for more than a month with all the details.
    http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=12550431&postcount=1
There is even a picture there showing the tooltip for ES and TB is missing the doff effect.
http://tinypic.com/r/ipy3c2/5 (Cooldown missing from tooltip on ES and TB)
This first one is the more pressing one as it's very useful for sci captains.

Then there is the Juel Ducane (Warp Theorist) doff from the temporal assignments that each gives 25% subsystem disable chance on use of Energy Siphon. You can slot 3 of those, but the system disable chance stays at 25%. There is also a thread on that one.
    http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=902991
The picture shows it's supposed to give 75% proc chance (3 doffs effect shown on tooltip for energy siphon), but in reality it procs about 1 in 4 uses of energy siphon.

Image showing I was using 3 of them from the ES1 tooltip:
    http://i39.tinypic.com/2100qc6.jpg

    Number of runs 52

    Weapons Disabled: 3
    Shields Disabled: 4
    Engines Disabled: 4
    Aux Disabled: 2

    Total disabled: 13
    Total nothing: 39

% of disabled: 25% (It hovered between 20%-30%, depending on how streaky the proc got)

By the way mezirath, if you reply "Issue was created and added to the database", I will be at peace and stop with reporting these two over and over.

WHAT? the defining feature of the HY omega torp was that it's HY projectile always had a good deal of HP, and could survive multiple hits. whoever you talked to has no idea what hes talking about, the HY omega torp just got the HELL (stealth) nerfed out of it.

Lol, if they mentioned it here publicly, it's not a stealth nerf. That being said, this makes the projectile a joke unless you're not paying attention.

One more thing, I'm pretty sure the Rule 62 console bug has been brought up before. So what, it takes an avatar of a hot girl to get a dev to personally answer to a bug report, or is it just ship parts/weapons that get first dibs at getting fixed?

your right, its not a stealth nerf, its a conspiracy  but actually, seeing as it was an undocumented nerf in a previous patch, its a conspiracy and a stealth nerf
