Bind 'TrayExecByTray' not working

When I type the following into the chat: /bind 1 '+TrayExecByTray 4 0 $$ +TrayExecByTray 4 1' and I press 1, it gives me this in the chat window: Unknown command: "+TrayExecByTray"
I have made sure that this is the right syntax on the wiki page for key binds, but it dosent work!:mad:
