First, that's completely ridiculous. No one is going to get banned for using a special console ability on someone else in PvP. Second, I am not a GM, therefore I do not have the ability to ban anyone in-game, nor has anyone gotten banned for killing me in PvP. If you come out to the event and I happen to be in your instance, unleash every power you have on me
If you have questions about moderation taken against your in-game account, please file a GM ticket to have it investigated. The forums and this thread are not the place to discuss this.

It wasn't me I was just asking that starfleet dental guy if something like this happened. he is the one that said he got a ban on the last page. I'm cool
That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.
Wow, in the first time slot, half of the participant were spanish speakers, wonder why Cryptic didnt supported STO in spanish yet they're supporting it in french and german (and soon turkish?)
As long as a map (lowest instance number) is not completely filled players get put in there. Unless the maximum number from their side is reached. So if a map has 8 Fed and 10 Klingons a Fed would get put there instead of the next map.
Instances are locked unless the one above it is filled up. So no player could get in instance No. 4 while No. 3 is at 4/10.

R.I.P
Number disparity is pretty bad.
So here is a horrible suggestion:
A map can support X players (say 20, 10 per side)
