KDF can't get advanced/elite Jem Hadar pets

so yesterday I opened JHAS pack, and I already have Drednaught. I decided to shop for elite Jem pets, but unfortunately they were greyed out for me, and tell me that I should have both of the prerequisite in my hangar.


Note: I have both Jem Hadar Attack Ship and Jem Hadar Carrier in my hangar which, obviously, means I have both prerequisites.

This bug is also for advanced Jem pets from dilithium store.

In other words, Cryptic has made a tough requirement to get the elite/advanced pets. But once you have requirements fulfilled then you find out that you can't have what should have. I can't say about Federation fraction but KDF is facing this problem, and no idea for how long this bug is alive. :mad:

    this is an ongoing issue for many c-store and lockbox ships. i have been trying for days to at least get an answer and it doesnt seem like they are willing to give one. its almost like they dont know how to fix this and out of embarrasment they are avoiding the question. i have mutiple tickets in and the only one i got a hit on was one that i stated customer service has been really poor. all they said was they will look into it then closed my ticket on their end. one of the posts that i read was someone having this same issue cept with the romdread and the devs reply was our system isnt showing any issues.

    I have this same issue, and I am on the Fed side with the problem.

    Own The Jem Dread... own the Jem Atack ship... unable to buy Elite Jem Attack pets.

    Game says I don't own one or both of the required ships when I have the Jem Attack ship opened as my secondary ship and am using the Jem Dread when trying to buy the pets.

    Cryptic has yet to even admit this is an issue which is frustrating to no end. At least if they said they are working on it I could at least feel better... but I have a LOT of money tied up in those 2 ships and to not be able to get the pets is really beyond frustrating.

    I am also experiencing this bug and what really grinds my gears is that I did just spend about $60 to get a Tholian Recluse Carrier and about another $40 in the dilithium exchange to get dilithium and fleet credits to be able to buy the Elite Mesh weavers...

    I am trully disapointed. Not at the bug itself, but at the lack of support. Especially when people are spending LOTS!, of REAL MONEY for virtual goods, and these goods are not being delivered!

    Then you do not even have the decency to ackowlage that there is an issue. You just blindly keep stealing your patron's hard earned money.

    It is appalling to see that their premium product have this bug alive and keeps coming. There is something horribly wrong with their code base.

    It's not just a KDF issue, cannot purchase either Elite Mesh Weavers or Elite JHAS pets, even if i own the required ships... the said pets are just greyed out.
    I would appreciate if a Dev would at least acknowledge the issue or tell us how to fix it or if it's being fixed.

    Your first mistake was spending stupid amounts of EC for a near worthless ship. The JHAS is no better than any current fleet romulan or federation escort. it is old and the only reason people ask such a stupid price is because they know there is no more supply and it is required for the pets, which are subpar compared to the new Drone ships.

    Should have sold that JHAS to someone else :)

    trust me, I am regretting the decision of opening it. Had I knew about this bug, I would have sold it for EC...or I would have sold it on ebay. The second ship might see its way to exchange in sometime. :)

    Confirmed. Can't purchase Romulan drone ships even though i have the scimi 3 pack. I really want those drones.

    As of 22 July 2013, this bug still is going on!! I have both the ships on my KDF character H'Rona, have done multiple missions (STF's and Episodes) with both as my main ship, and the Hangar - Advanced/Elite Jem'Hadar attack ship still isn't available as an option for me to buy. I even deleted my Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier thinking maybe it was bugging the game from recognizing the other ships, which was dumb, AND didn't fix the problem.

    This is really frustrating on a few levels, one because the GM's will not respond to my tickets and two, why have requirements to where the game code doesn't recognize when you meet them.

    THIS IS A PROBLEM PWE, as seen by this post string, please stop ignoring it or give us some insight as to what we have to do to fix it.

    I am a lifetime subscriber, been playing since launch and this is my first really serious issue I have had with the game, and the perceived indifference to it is very unprofessional.

    Please help.

    I'm having this issue as well on my Fed. I used to be able to buy the JHAS pets, but cannot anymore.

    My Weavers (FED) and Drone Ships (ROM+FED) seem to be fine though. I can also still buy Fer'jai Frigates (KDF).

    Same issue for me on fed side
    have both ships, cant buy any Attack Ship pets normal or advanced and i suspect elite also

    Yup, same issue on Fed side. Amazing how they release the carrier patch, yet we can't buy the pets. Standard Cryptic Fail.

    I know this is an old dead post but i wanted to add this since i just figured it out. I had bought the Kar'fi fleet issue carrier and well all the Kar'fi only pets were greyed out even the blue ones, well i got to thinking and finally said WTH and i bought the c-store version and sure enuf bam all the greyed out pets were now able to be bought so in other words if you want to uber pets on your fleet ship you have to buy the c-store version what a scam you spend 20 bucks then have to turn around and spend another 20 just to get your freaking pets.
