Some of my characters are now having problems contributing there shards. both my romulan and klingon characters so far have had this issue . it did not happen on the same day eathier .
on day 11 my klingon could no longer contribute them on day 14 my romulan. so far only 1 of 3 characters have been able to complete it and claim the reward

fix this issue, it was an issue last time as well i remember it .

UPDATE : okay so now i have another character federation this time. it says i do not have room in my inventory to collect the reward, and yet i have plenty.

If you're collecting the reward for the main event project, remember that part of the reward is a duty officer and if you don't have room on your doff roster, the game will say you don't have inventory space.

First must say I'm susprised because my kind of subscription don't allow me post new threads. Sad and true.

My bug is about reward in crystalline entity. Have two haracters who have end main event but have old event reward. Seems this happens because added this event before start of new one. Now have a shinny pet with my ships, no duty officer, no 250 choice marks and no option to go for optional event because system makes me add again all 14 crystals.

This bug have reported. See nothing in history.

And now this system makes me find another thread about EV suits

Yeah i had to dump a duty officer to be able to collect the rewards,,,,,,,

Yep. I can confirm this. On a couple characters I forgot to make room in my duty officer roster when claiming the reward for the event project. Received that error message. After getting rid of a single doff I was able to collect the reward.

Thanks for the tip about the full duty roster i will give that a try on the 1 character that says my inventory is full. as for my romulan and klingon i can not finish the event becuase the shards i have in my inventory will not go into the project anymore.

seems the mirror Rifts that pop up are bugged little found one inside the planet thought it was kinda odd took a screenshot of it for the devs to take a look at

Make sure the shards are in your inventory and not your overflow bag. I understand that you cannot contribute shards unless they are in the actual inventory.

I'm currently having an issue with this as well...the ticket I put in a week ago basically was a waste of time.

"We apologize for the confusion but the Crystalline Cataclysm event and Crystalline Catastrophe event are completely different projects and grant different rewards. The Crystalline Catastrophe event rewards you 50,000 Dilithium Ore, 1,000 Fleet Marks, and a Crystalline Shard Non-Combat Pet. The Crystalline Cataclysm event rewards 50,000 Dilithium Ore, 500 Fleet Marks, 250 Mark Box (Players Choice), Very Rare Gravimetric Scientist Duty Officer."

I told them...twice...

"I received an email back from support, but reading that email and the turn-in event descriptions in Chracter-Reputation-Events says Exchange 14 Crystal Shards to receive 50,000 Dilithium (which I DID get), 500 Fleet Marks (I received 1000), 250 Reputation Marks (which I DID NOT get), and the very rare duty officer (which I DID NOT get but have room for in my DOFF crew).

I played fair like everyone else...turned in the 14 rewarded crystalline shards and did not get fair treatement. You can take back the extra 500 fleet marks, but I completed the Crystalline Entity Event items, did the turn in, and would expect the fair reward offered."

I don't understand why it's so difficult to get a result.

Can anyone help please?

I completed this yesterday and didn't get the choice of marks reward, just the dil and the pet

The pet was on the previous version of the CE event which I don't think had the choice of marks reward, just a larger number of fleet marks.

Happened to one my five toons, altho all started the event the same day - the four others got correct reward. However, I'm kinda happy with the pet anyhow XD... didn't have it before.

No the multi marks box was for both versions.
