Strange problem with new Rom ships

I had purchased the smaller of the 2 ships on the zen store, and after turning 50 tonight, I got the second one, the carrier version. the Ar kif and Ar kala

Now after unpacking the second, every time I try to use either of them , the game crashes.

Tried using all other ships, they work fine...just the 2 zen store ships. Anyone got anything on this?:(

    Not sure what's causing your issue. The only thing I can suggest is discharging the ships and then re-claiming the ar'kala from the cstore.

    Try deleting one of the .hogg files in your Program Files (x86)\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\piggs directory then starting the launcher again. It will force a file verification and repair download any corrupt/missing files supposedly. I usually have to figure out which file is corrupted then delete that one.
