Trying to buy Zen but cant

Yesterday i bought firstly 1000 zen through Boku. Tried again later to buy another 2000 but it keeps failing. It says ive reached my limit. Now ive only recently come back to the game, but i know ive bought more than 1000 a day before. Is this a bug or a new security thing?

    You need to send a billing Support Ticket into PW to get an answer to this. Cryptic doesn't handle purchases. That's all handled by Perfect World. Any reply you would get from Brandon would tell you to file a Ticket.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Most games with currency that you can purchase have a limit of how much you can purchase per month. It is to prevent people from spending their entire paycheck all at once. Maybe that is what they have. Hope you get it sorted out.
