Pitty Cryptic still didn't do anything about the flickering nebula textures in certain instances... (aside from closing the original bug report thread) I struggled quite hard to avoid this whole flickering when taking my screenshot and sadly I see some people do experience this as well. This has been happening for nearly two years now and still hasn't been fixed. Certain good looking instances suffer greatly because of this and it makes taking good screenshots quite difficult.

Great shot, what equipment is giving your Dhelan that look? The Breen set?
Nooooooo by all that is good in the world I would never use the Breen set that set makes everything look ugly no exceptions.:P It's the Romulan fleet texture one of if not the best textures in the entire game. I wish I could put it on all my ships but the higher tier fleet ships are way out of my fleet's league.;)
Maybe too much renderscale on this but I took it a year ago.:o

Wow, some truly amazing shots! I would try to come up with something better, but as I am suffering from bizarre lag at the moment I will simply post a shot of VADM Katie Fawkes' Wells-class vessel U.S.S. Triskelion, using a combination of Wells, Mobius, and Aeon ship costume options as well as the Borg shield visual.

Not because I think everyone should be looking at my creepy captain on their desktop, but just to show off how good characters look even zoomed in this much.
Will try for a sharper image. Is there any way at all to disable the icons that appear on ships during combat? All of my best compositions have those pesky things.
Sadly not. You can turn off the shield rings, but that's it.
It's a great pic, but I have to say, it immediately says to me, "Oh carp, this guy lost his trailer!"
Please reconsider ARC. Please make it optional, at the least. PLEASE.
It seems the vast majority of your most active players (forum regulars) hate the idea... and while that's a small subset of the playerbase, I think it's an important constituency.
