Why wont customer service help me ?

I have been a member since late 2010 i am now a lifetime member and a STO promoter i even bought the lagecy of romulas pack when it came out to support the game. I am a guild leader and a respected member of the community here. Some of you may know my guild 77th Fleets. recently interviewed by Priority One Podcast

I have submitted several tickets and bug reports over the past several years with no actual help in resolving my issue's. This post has become my last resort as none of the game devolper's will help me in game.

My character Solo@partiesplayin has a game play issue. i also have an account wide issue that has been un addressed after repeated ticket submission over the course of 3 years

issue 1 :

I only have 1 daily for pvp cap n hold, and 2 repeatable's. and its for Karat
I should have 2 daily's 1 for karat and 1 for pvp or cap n hold. and 2 repeatables every day for a total of 4 mission each day.

issue 2 : this is an account wide issue, My Zen Store shows no tribble of borg available for me to buy. if i log out of my account and look its there when i log back in its gone there may be other items im not seeing as well.. same goes for ingame cannot get tribble of borg, i do have it on the character mentioned above and did buy it a long time ago.

Please whatever devolper reads this posting please fix my issues, its going on 2 years now i have been dealing with this problem and asking for tech support.

    The Tribble of Borg not accessible in the C-Store effects everyone who purchased one.

    I don't have the technical explanation for you, but I suspect it's to do there being 2 versions of it, the original account-wide reward and the C-Store single purchase.

    The fix would probably involve too much messing around in everyone's individual account / character records to be practical.

    Cryptic and Pwe treat you like inconsequential nuisances, yet you continue to give them money for doing so. Why should they respond, when ignoring you is just as effective?

    I stopped subscribing in 2010, when this became apparent, in regard to Cryptic.

    STO has no customer service. The only purpose of the GMs is to tell you 'Sorry to hear about your issue' and mark your ticket resolved. Some times they skip strait to step 2.

    Issue #1 is not a bug, and this mechanic affects everyone. There are 5 PvP missions at Vice Admiral. 2 of these, one for Capture and Hold/Assault and one for Arena, are repeatable to an infinite number of times in a day. The other three, one for Ker'rat/Otha, one for Capture and Hold/Assault, and one for Arena is on a daily roll along with the Gorn Minefield, Big Dig, and Klingon Scout Force dailies. Every day two of the six dailies are selected at random for each character. It's Cryptic's way of creating variety in the queues I am guessing, either that or they don't want players earning 300 fleet marks/day off of the dailies.

    Issue #2, as was said above, it affects everyone in Star Trek Online with the tribble unlock.

    Issue 1 must be a bug because I only get 1 daily not 2 like every one o my 7 other vice admirals . It would be nice to earn 2880 dilithium when doing poco or cap and hold. My engineer was my first character and it would take way too long for me to just give up and start a new character without the bug. If just that was resolved I would be extremely happy as for the tribble doesn't it go agonist some kinda of law that where you buy some thing you are susposed to be able to use it its like paying for a service we can't use .

    the people that reply to the ticket system has been more than hopeless in my dealings with them. They do not read the ticket properly and offer only a generic cut and paste solution. I've had many occasions where I explain in full detail and all I get is useless junk replies.
    Utterly futile. I feel for you.
