Hi Captains,
We will be bringing down Star Trek Online tomorrow, Thursday, September 12th, at 6:30AM PDT (click
here to view in your timezone) for maintenance and to apply a new patch.
Patch notes can be found here, and we expect this maintenance to last for 3 hours. The test server, launcher and access to manage your account may also be unavailable during some portions of the maintenance.
Thanks for your patience and understanding,

Romulan Tactical Warbird availability in this patch or next one?
Thanks
As noted in today's Dev Blog, they are scheduled to go live tomorrow
Cheers,

The "Hearts and Minds" update has not hit Tribble yet, and is why it was not in the Tribble notes. Also, friendly reminder that the episode is not playable until the date/ time listed on the in-game calendar. We also have a news post about the episode that will go up before the episode becomes available.
Cheers,
Brandon =/\=
o ok a prepatch for the hearts and minds mission.
"Hearts and Minds" is on Holodeck now, but it's only available to play on "Friday the 13th" (whenever that falls), and players have played the the episode a few times in the past when it was "Friday the 13th". It sounds like this may be your first time getting to play it, so make sure to check out the news post about it tomorrow when it goes live in the afternoon PDT
Cheers,
Brandon =/\=
i never played it even thou i have been playing for over a year and a half already and i think came up a couple of times but never played it. any word about that featured episode that we supposed to get this month also besides this friday the 13th one?
Would you please suggest to the Devs to have a "Bug Bash"? There are a lot of bugs many of us have been complaining about for months that just aren't getting fixed (that we know of.) We submit bug reports, and we get no response. We ask for help to the "customer service" and they just tell us to submit a bug report, which seem to be a black hole.
And if in the off chance that someone from PWE actually communicates about a known problem, they just make promises like it'll be fixed "in the near future", but we don't hear anything for months at a time (if ever after the initial promise.)

Please.
Thank you.
You can find/contact me in game as @PatricianVetinari. Playing STO since Feb 2010.
Still waiting/hoping for an atomic sized shake up to get this game going in the right direction.
Yes. Please please please please.
I'm sick of my department heads shifting and my bridge officers not actually showing up on my bridge.

I honestly don't know who is in control of their bug killing team, but it has to be 1 person. I mean the list of bugs is staggering in this game and to have the constant lack of bug fixes each week is just unreal. Been waiting what.. at least 1 month so far on getting the republic romulan clothing clipping issues to be fixed. 1 month and no fix...
I have to ask, not that Ill get an answer.. Did you guys lose a whole bunch of employees at cryptic? Because honestly, I don't see an increase in anything since I last heard you guys increased staff...
Not a flame here but its more of a wow factor then anything.
Either? Are you Gallifreyan, by any chance?
lol don't you find it funny when someone asks about the new content they give you feed back but when you put up bugs like the quote here they sack it off and don't say a thing wow common give and answer
oh and also give us something other then a stupid duty officer please ive played it 100 times and got same god dam officer everytime

You must also know that bug squashing can only be done by the team that normally works on that content, ie the STF guys will know how to handle the bugs afflicting Donatra, but not player powers or weapon skills.
Throwing more manpower at bug squashing has tremendous diminishing returns (another thread quotes an excellent article describing this in detail), so I'd rather Cryptic: split each dev team into a bug squasher squad + content creator squad, then produce both in parallel.
"Last Engage! Magical Girl Origami-san" is in print! Now with three times more rainbows.
Support the "Armored Unicorn" vehicle initiative today!
Thanks for Harajuku. Now let's get a real "Magical Girl" costume!
What's wrong with... (Spoiler blacked out)
Multiple copies of a clone?
Just sayin'.
I don't recall if you can stack or not.

@blue: Pinguins for winter event!!
I call it, the Stoutes paradox.
+1 again. Please! I understand the returns are bad but its a bit of a joke sometimes, someone came back into our fleet after being gone for nearly 2 years, is getting caught up, then starts to ask questions, the most of which "thats a bug, thats also a bug, you can do this if this that or something else bugged." Honestly I think he's thinking of leaving again >.>
