My launcher's for Champions, Star Trek and Neverwinter are not popping up!

My launcher's for all three Cryptic game's are not popping up on screen just the task bar icon's, but not the little pop up's. How do I fix this? I've already tried the infamous "minimize and maximize" method through the "task manager" option as well as the "move" method by right clicking on the task bar icon's. Please, tell me how to get back into my very important games?!

    The team who works on the launcher continues to investigate why this is occurring sporadically for only some players.

    hit esc + shift+ Cntrl sane time brings task manager up right click then maximize should be goood I just had this the other day has worked fine

    Might wand to run task manager in administrator mode. Can do this by typing taskmgr in start menu and right clicking taskmgr.exe and running in administrator mode.

    when do that task manager automaticly pops up them right click then hit maximize probkem solved
