I made 100mil EC in Kerrat 2day!

Does anyone else notice how much money you can make farming in Kerrat? I dont even need to spend any dilithium or even buy any Zen! Just today I farmed almost 130 million ec <125 mil and some change> by getting tac consoles and Accx3 weapons. :) I have always made money farming in Kerrat, but lately I noticed i am just raking it in. Nice to know this is the one place that hasnt been hit with the loot nerf bat yet.. if it wasnt for kerrat I would have to spend RL money on this game.. I dont know how long I could keep that up considering how much I have spent already.. its expensive. Although 130 mill is unusual I usually rake in about 50 to 80 mill a day < I consider myself an accomplished farmer> Anyways, nice to know there are still some ways to bypass having to spend real life money on this game. Just wanted to boast :D

    You know I used to farm Ker'rat when I started so many months ago. Great place to get some starter gear as well as trash to vendor. It was dead quite too back then and so easy to get 1st prize of purple gear.

    But I never got anything better than MK X which sells for no where near this madness of a sum that you claim. So I am going to have to say ... pics or it didn't happen!

    You can make some nice EC their I just have never been lucky with loot. If I do get any very rare gear it is MK XI gear not MK XII very rare gear and when I do get MK XII gear it is either common,uncommon or rare quality.

    Of course it means hanging out with the people in Kerrat. Not sure if 100m is worth that.

    Why would someone talk about their source of income for others to farm? I sense a KDF ambush. its almost like you want to lure inexperienced ec hungry feds to the slaughter in an unexpected decloak alpha strike.

    You know I had pretty good luck with Fed Minefield pre LoR. I got a bunch of MK XI purple tac consoles and raked over 20-30 million EC playing the exchange. It is 4 x purple for 1st place Klink which is surprisingly generous of Cryptic.

    Recently with the obscene DPS coming from Roms-on-steroids ... it is pretty useless to try. Best I have done is 2nd place on my Hoh'sus. <sad face>

    Provided you're saying the truth you must have had some very very lucky drops. Average drops are around 250/300k per reset. These days it's even less since Kerrat is just overrun by farmers.

    Given the tone of your post however I just think you're making things up to get the devs into changing something that would benefit you in some way. (I don't think he's looking for prey, there's too many feds as it is).

    After this annoucement, the Kerat warzone was full of federation dead bodies and destroyed hull.

    Correction to the OP: Ker'rat WAS hit with the nerf bat. . .specifically, the warzone mission nerf. Turning that mission into a random daily was a really, really stupid idea. The devs could've at least made it a 1-2 hour cooldown, if they didn't want people abusing it so much.

    Or they could've turned it into a 'kill 15 players in a warzone' mission, forcing people to WORK for it, rather than just loitering in Ker'rat for 3 resets.

    you mean some players get this over and over? seems i only get this mission once a week if i'm lucky. :(

    maybe cryptic\pwe could at least make it consistent.

    Thats my Brel.. it doesnt have any heals.. shield.. hull or otherwise...it is supposed to run after it hits... and yes.. against a "double diaper aux 2 batt 2 copies of fully doffed 30 second long RSP with absol. no dps zombie build" one lone brel is usually gonna have a hard time of it. If it ran off its cuz you couldnt/didnt kill it. Considering it only has like 2 hull and ZERO resists, well....... jussayin :P Braaiiinnssss!

    Oh and P.S. - Mk XI Disruptor Induction Coil Tac console..... 6 million.

    I try to farm kerrat...I really do..

    but when you see those ugly fat pizza-on-a-french-loaf federation ships, somthing in me makes me forget my pupose and I end up pvping for the session; more so if their greeting is a camperific ams/cheese barrage...


    I tried the other place; but it boring, either a one sided farm session or a massive game of bop alpha cloak and go seek...

    ..and if I try farming as a fed, using them as meat shields; I feel dirty....


    ...I don't think I'll ever get a full inventory farming kerrat, ever...

    Whew i agree OP. Them Plasma Infusers Mk XII, Antiproton Mag Regulator Mk XII and other goodies are dropping like candy. Boy oh boy, we hauling some fat loot.

    More reasons to bring Sci & Subnuke with you to Kerrat against those Klingon alpha PSW cheese. One Subnuke and they won't even need to run.

    Farming drops for vendor food and possibly some very rare drops, I can see this, but its not the greatest. It is easy to get stuck in an instance where you become troll food, so ya, ITS A TRAP!
