This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

not quite right. The pack is the Romulan Survivor Pack from the cstore.
Its 10 lobi or a chance at the bug ship....plus all the usually items from that pack, which also includes the Cell ship. So you could actually get both ships from one box....but those odds would be below slim lol

You are also assuming EVERY player #1 Reads forums before buying something. #2 Knows that fleet packs are discontinued. #3 Only uses Zen to buy packs. After all EC=Zen if you buy anything to sell for ec.
Personally I can feel your pain. Cryptic's copy and paste is no excuse for literally what is false advertising. I have no clue why people are white knighting for Cryptic either, you'd think after all this time people would be more fed up than they are.
This does highlight a side issue, and that's Lobi and alts.
It's simply not efficient to open any pack containing Lobi on multiple characters. For me, that designated Lobi collector is NOT my Romulan and he's the one I'd want to buy the survivor DO's for.
I know I can transfer DO's between characters and that's what I'll end up doing, but it's a pain. For one thing, that designated Lobi character doesn't have many open DOFF slots left. That's going to force me to move DOFF's around even before I buy any packs. I'd much rather open the DOFF packs on the character who needs them and move the Lobi between characters (on the same account).
Devs, all you need to do is put the Lobi crystals in an account-bound box. Once the box has been opened, I don't care if the Lobi themselves are character-bound. They'll be on the character I want to have them.
I'm also going to echo what others have said. Why does it always have to be the JHAS in these promos?
Yes, I know it's the only lockbox ship that didn't actually come in a normal lockbox. But really? How many Jem'Hadar do we really see in Romulan space, eh? And how many JHAS do we really need flying around? I don't even want one.
Why can't the promo reward be a random lockbox ship? Doesn't have to include the most recent lockbox. It would give people who would rather open a DOFF pack than a lockbox a shot at getting a lockbox ship. It would give people who already have the JHAS another reason to open a DOFF pack.

You need to have the JH Attack Ship and the JH Dreadnaught on the same character to be able to purchase the carrier pets (i.e."...only if you have obtained the both the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship and Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier." ~News Article)
I realize this won't change, but I've never understood requiring an escort and carrier on the same captain to get the bonus.
No doubt you all are tired of hearing it, but it should be an account-wide unlock especially given the low probability to get the escort.
Yeah me either. I've opened a few boxes here and there on several characters. I have Lobi floating around that's useless in the small amounts I have on each character. All together I could maybe pick up a ground weapon to play around with or something. I don't really want to throw it away...so for now it just clogs up my bank. Bleh.

Hey thanks for this promo Cryptic. Due to the bug ship being attached to these packs, the prices for them skyrocketed on the exchange. I used my stipend and bought a good amount of them and then turned around and sold them for 6m each. Walked away with a boatload of EC and am well on my way to buying my first lockbox ship.

If I recall correctly the 2011 winter package odds for a JHAS already were 0.5%, having exactly the same odds now on the more expensive survivor pack does not add up, at least not according to the quote.
And while we are asking stupid questions, I ran the 200 romulan republic reassignment contacts out of the boxes just for the laughs of it. Resulting in 'three' purple duty officers. Given that the reassignment is the second rarest reward out of the boxes that is just hilarious. A big stinking middlefinger isn't even 'beginning' to cut that.

out around $50-$100 worth of Zen just to try getting the ship thus making it nothing
more then a Cash Cow.
I for one wouldn't spend that kind of Zen on this game for Overpriced items that are
Known to be rigged but then again PWE & Cryptic aren't known very well for setting

But given the voyager direction coming in, and some comments made about additional races being added to existing factions... rather than a full blown expansion.
I believe it will be the long awaited voyager pack with add ons and story content tying in to the new threats and hiding places of old enemies was... da da daaaa the Delta Quadrant.
As still in the year of the Legacy of Romulus a (FINALLY) indpendant Romulan Star Empire would be nice.

When did keys skyrocket? On Tues keys were down to 1.6 from 1.75 a few days earlier. As I was trying to sell I was quite annoyed...
