EC Cap increase lost

Some time ago (coupla years) I had the energy cap increase purchased. Then I was gold subscribed for a time. Left for a couple months and now when I come back I find that the energy cap increase has DISAPPEARED from my C-store ownership.



...Also I got ripped out of almost five million EC because I sold stuff on the exchange that made me hit the cap. :mad:

So I'd like that to be restored to my account. I'd also like the nearly-5,000,000 EC added back, but I know Cryptic would never do something kind like that.

    A couple of years ago, you didn't have to buy a cap increase. Prior to F2P there were no non-subscribers and thus no need to sell an unlock to this.

    If you were then a Gold member following the F2P transition, you would have had a higher cap tied to your subscription status... and it would have vanished when you unsubscribed. That's the way it works.

    STO converted to F2P in January 2012 which means that, as noted by futurepastnow, a "coupla years" ago there was no Energy Credit Cap Increase to purchase. I suspect you'll need to be somewhat more accurate regarding the dates about when you purchased the Energy Credit Cap Increase and the Gold Subscription.

    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    To follow the other comments, you dont retain the EC cap when your sub reverts to silver. You gotta pony up for the c-store unlock.

    I used a vague time phrase because I legitimately don't recall when I got it: I KNOW I had it when in Silver subscription status around December of last year. I tried to check my purchasing histories but they were completely blank, showing absolutely no Zen/C-store purchases.
