Demote - Fleet lader

Hello,I have some issues in my fleet i'm the fleet lader and i promote some member in my fleet to fleet lader and now i trynig to demote am but when i clicking on "Demote" its wirting "{UNTRANSLATED: GuildServer_DemotionStarted}" idk why but its just wirting this massge and not demote am i'm realy need help cuz i can't to demote am.

    Hi Lidor.

    We recently made some changes to how demoting Fleet Leaders works in the fleet system. You can read the patch notes about those changes here:

    Basically, whenever you, as a Fleet Leader, try to demote a fellow Fleet Leader, it starts a 2 week waiting period. After 2 weeks, the Fleet Leader you're trying to demote will be demoted automatically now. This was done to try to protect fleets with multiple fleet leaders from problems like TRIBBLE Fleet Leader accounts demoting everyone and disbanding the fleet.

    The message you're seeing, "{UNTRANSLATED: GuildServer_DemotionStarted}", is the message that would normally be displayed to inform you about the 2 week waiting period. However, this message is currently only available in the English Star Trek Online client. Typically it takes a few weeks for any new texts to be translated, and the new Fleet System texts have not been translated to your language yet.

    Is it normal to not be able to promote/demote anyone during this 2 weeks as well? We can't do that. We can't even invite new people.

    Wow really!!! You mean to tell me it has gotten so out of hand as to have to create this TRIBBLE?

    Ayup. If you try to depose a leader, perhaps because he has gone crazy, or simply because he's dead and you need to remove his corpse, your ENTIRE FLEET is put on TOTAL LOCKDOWN for 2 weeks.

    On top of that, it is now actually impossible to remove a bad leader: if you try, he'll just unkick himself and cancel the process. And probably start a revenge-kick on you in the process. Since you can only attempt to kick one thing at a time, there is thus NO way to get rid of somebody who has more than one alt...which is probably every fleet leader, really...

    Result: Any attempt to depose a leader results in an endless cycle of revenge kicks and perma-lockdown. Even if all of the other leader unanimously choose to remove someone who has become insane, it is impossible. Even if the person is actually DEAD and you're just removing the dead guy unopposed, for my fleet, it would take about 2 years for them to remove me.

    So, as far as the OP is concerned: You're probably screwed. Good luck getting rid of that guy, cuz it ain't happening unless he doesn't care to stop you.

    This is only for Fleet Leaders. So only the promotion of some one to Fleet Leader or the Demotion from Fleet Leader. If some is not a Fleet Leader, then it's business as usual.

    I absolutely do not see what the need for this is.

    If a leader can self rescue, then, yeah, it's pointless.

    More to the point, why involve the rest of the fleet, just lock out the leader position: no new leaders can be promoted, none of the remaining leaders can be demoted.

    All this is really doing is punishing well-functioning fleets that have leaders who will voluntarily step down when they're unable to run the show. I have a backlog of people who'd like to access the fleet stores but I can't promote them while we wait for the 2 week cool-down to end. It's frustrating.
