Exchange - Not got the enrgy cradits!

Hello ,before a day i bid 6 keys and opened 6 elachi lock box one of them gived to me 1 Elachi Survivor Officers i up am to sell in the exhange for 1.5M energy cradits and after i day i chacking the exchange sell and my massge box and see

Sent: 5:27:38am on August 19, 2013
Subject: Item sold in the Exchange

You have sold an item in the Exchange to Vongola Decimo@anbujonin1 for 1500000.

1 Elachi Survivor Officers

and after i chack my energy cradits and i see i NOT got the enrgy cradits i not got nothing just that massge was to got a 1.5M energy cradits and i not got nothing from it ! here is image :

(i opened also ticket in the game but i can't to wirte all this idk why when i see the ticket in the "View my ticket" i see just 70% from it so i open a therd)

    maybe you were sleepwalking and spent that money on seductive orion slave girls !!!
    they tend to take all the money :P

    If you didn't spend the credits before you looked at your balance, is it possible you actually sold the Duty Officer on a different character? The Energy Credit balance in the picture is for that character only, so if you did sell it on a different character, you would need to switch to that character to see your updated balance.

    Hello Brandon and thanks on the fast answer,i did what you said even i sure in 100% i sold it in my fed player and i chacked much times ,i sure in 100% i not spend it i not even see it i just login before few hours and i wanted to post few things in the exchange and i see the survivar pack gone and i looked to my mail box and i see its sold but i not got the energy cradits ,if there is some record / log of my exhange or somthing please chack it i just not got nothing i think its some bug but idk ...

    I would like to add another bug befor I make a new thread.

    My romulan character can't even put items in the exchange! It works on all of my characters but not on my romulan one.

    Befor you ask
    I am level 41 (or 42) and already joined a federation fleet (big mistake because they don't sell elite fleet disruptors ...).
