Seams the wonderful new content is broken.
The mission to report back K'mtarr by going to the Pi Canis sector and to the Vor System doesn't work.(there is no way to enter the vor system also the mission doesn't point to the system seams to point no where.)
Kind of Ironic.
As the transwarp button for it send you right there....and then nothing happens.
The real funny part was watching 10 other players move around making sure they where in the right spot for it.

Power without Perception is Spiritually useless and therefore of no true value.

After talking with Worf, a button will appear that is marked 'Report to K'mtarr, but it is located in the lower right of the screen just under your mission details are located. Someone had to point it out to me when I went through that mission, after wandering around for hours and restarting the mission several times because I thought I just missed something.
Once you see it, you'll cry because it will have been in plain view, but in a section of the HUD that most players have learned to ignore.
There is no button marked "Report to K'mtar" in the lower right corner.
UPDATE: You have to be on Qo'Nos in order for this button to appear in the lower right corner.
