Trait Wing Comander - Hangar ships does not start at Level 2

Hi,

used the new trait an the description ingame told:

- + 50% hangar xp
- new hangar ships start at lvl 2

Used it but they don't start at Level 2.

    Pulled from the Dev Blog about the lockboxes and from the item info not sure where you saw 50% bonus EXP and starting at level 2

    Wing Commander ? Space Trait
    An affinity for coordinating attack patterns among small craft allows you to deploy your Hangar Craft with increased effectiveness.

    +100% Rank Up XP for all Hangar Pets
    (This reduces the total time it takes to reach Rank 5 by half.)

    Got it directly from the item info link before i did buy it at the exchange:

    On the English description it correctly says +100% XP. I guess it got changed at some point and they forgot to update the German translation?

    So, apparently the English text says you *do* deploy your pets with 'increased effectiveness,' but doesn't specify by how much. Whereas the German text clearly states your pet starts immediately off at lv. 2.
