LTS console sharing between characters

Are we allowed to share our consoles between our characters?

If I want my fed player to run romulan DTS for the plasma lotus, can I share the console via my account bank? or are the consoles character bound?

    I think all consoles, shields, engines, deflectors are character bind on pickups.

    Some weapons are bound to the account and could be shared among characters, but anything you buy through the Reputation, Fleet, or Dilithium stores will always be bound to the character.
