Cannot Use Off-Duty Outfits

I cannot wear, create or modify off-duty outfits. All I can use are uniforms. This is on every character. Even when I attempt to wear an existing off-duty outfit, it reverts to the simple shirt default found in the uniform options. The same goes for when I attempt to create a new off-duty outfit or modify an existing one. I only noticed this after purchasing the Risian explorers outfit. Prior to this, I was able to wear and modify off-duty outfits. I'm completely bemused over this bug and an help would be appreciated.

I have no off-duty clothing options, not even on the off-duty clothing slot. Even that shows only uniform options. I can wear the off duty clothing as is, but I cannot modify it. When I attempt to modify it, it goes to the default simple shirt in the uniforms options. I can use all uniform clothing options and even try on the ones I've not yet purchased.

On another note, if I attempt to change the preview option, the game crashes.

Does perfect world have a bugs email address?

    I can't change uniforms on my Klingon character. WTF happened now?

    Looks like I was really blind when it comes to the character appearance system. Check the drop-down menu on the section for editing your character's head. There you'll find the options to change between uniforms and off-duty clothing. I'm not sure why the option is there instead of on the clothing section.

    My Romulan Captain is able to change into Risian Beachcomber outfit from the portrait change outfit list, but bizzarely, my Orion Captain outfitted with the Flower kit,(Its apparently the only way to get rid of that awful loin cloth!), after 3 days of being able to change outfit by the same method as the Romulan, stopped working. I can't even get her to change into her dress uniform, only the original Duty one. Even if I go to a costume/tailor, it still won't allow me to select 'wear' for any outfit but the original, even though I can modify them & the new outfits are showing as available. I got the impression that as Orion girls wear bikinis, it was being sensored!! Cryptic haven't got back to me yet. Surprise Surprise!

    FYI, some weeks ago I put on the risa sunglasses with the tailor and all of a sudden the off duty tuxedo I was wearing disappeared nowhere to be found again.. I bought that tux in the store over some year ago.. sent in a ticket, four e-mails and screenshots back and forth only to receive an answer saying; quote: "your issue may be the result of a currently unknown game play bug." ..and thats that.. just lost an item paid for and no solution.. next to all the other problems with this game, being called a liar for not having received no stipends I am entitled to, to me it's enough now.. terribly dissapointed in this company.. I'm thinking to legally sell my LT account now to the highest bidder, as it can't be against any law, cause, after all, I paid for a thing not delivered.. Logging off.. bye

    Neither I have access to Off-duty Outfit, seems disappeared since whenever-ever. So much for the new Free Khan outfit that I never get to wear :(

    OK! Found the solution. There's a small drop-down menu hidden inside the window where you customise your outfit. It's in an odd place and many people could not find it (a glitch from Interface update).

    Go visit a Tailor, open up window,
    Click 'Modify' to edit a 'costume slot' of your choice.
    Under 'Advanced' box at the bottom, click on 'HEAD' tab.

    The small menu is on top-right corner where you can select between 'Uniform'/'off-duty outfit'. Once 'Off-duty outfit' is selected, all other off-duty options become available under other tabs. :-) Voila!

    note: once this is done, the small menu will also become available under 'Uniform' tab (which makes more sense), the glitch fixed itself.

    Dear devs:

    Please listen to players complaints about off duty uniforms. Who's brilliant idea was to hide the off duty options in the Head customization's drop down menu?

    Unfortunately that isn't working for everyone. No KDF access at all on any of 3 characters to Khan costumes.
