Kingon Costume crash

Okay so My Klingon character has 3 costume slots all of them uniforms. Then Cryptic introduces Off Duty outfits for Klingon's.
Now I log in and the game only allows me to wear the first costume, the other two are still there and although I can click to modify and rename them when it comes to confirming the changes it just cancels.
What's worse is I have the option to create another 2 costumes, I create these 2 new costume and it allows me to rename and modify then and confirm these changes. However the first two that won't modify are still there.
When I click to change preview from large preview to list my game crashes, having reloaded I still have 5 costumes, 3 which work and 2 that cannot be worn modified or renamed.
I have changed Instance, reloaded the game and even tried talking to different tailors, no luck. Anyone got any other suggestions other than deleting my character???

I have the same problem with 2 different toons
A few weeks ago I had a similar problem. The tailor showed I had 3 available costume slots but before LoR launched I had already created the max amount of costume that I could. So....I created an Off Duty outfit the day they became available. It showed 3 available slots but after creating 1 outfit it showed I had 1 available slot left. Where did the other 1 go? I also lost the ability to wear the last 2 costumes since for some reason it made my new outfit the second slot instead of placing it last in the list.
The 2 costume slots I lost access to were my Fleet Bortasqu' uniform and lobi store Korath uniform. Sure I could have changed other slots that I could wear but I didn't want to.
I did manage to fix it though. When costume slots went on sale soon after, I purchased a set of 2 slots. The tailor still showed I had 1 available slot but I regained access to the 2 slots and the amount of slots I have used/unused is now correct. This is the only suggestion I could make to fix it is by buying costume slots. They are still on sale at the time of this post though. 200 Zen isn't too hard to make.
Edit: Also, my costume slot unlocked for joining a fleet was used but when I made another outfit, my fleet uniform got pushed down in the list and the new outfit took its place. This slot says at the top of it that it's unlocked for joining a fleet. So now I have an off duty outfit in its place. I haven't gotten around to it yet but I'm going to have to redo every costume slot on every character. Got my main fed done so far. What sucks is I love costumes and have over 20 slots for each character* with most of the slots used on each of them. (Since costume slots went on sale I have purchase 5 sets of 2 for a total of 10 more slots. I had already purchased around that many, or more, months ago)
*Uniform slots you buy from the c-store are account unlocked and you get them for each character current and future.
I have 5 costume slots, 4 unusable costumes, and only 1 I can wear. and every time I try to change the preview in the tailor it crashes everything.
Fix this already!!!
have this problem for awhile now with the tailor sent a few bug reports but nothing so far have this issue nearly a month now
