Now and again this boils my wick end rather nicely ...............
You can f and blind till your blue in the face but get reported and warned by Cryptic.
Leecher's how ever can ruin the game for every one repeatedly day in and day out and they know they get away with it coz bugger all happens to them.
just FYI ......... how the hell is that fair on any one ??
(f) "Stalk," threaten or otherwise harass or cause discomfort to another;
aint that what leeching falls under ?
Had my say but cryptic please honestly if you can allow leecher's to get away constantly you cannot then stamp on others for blasting off the frustration or anger the leecher's cause.

Right now .. all one can do is report, make a screenshot of the leecher and ........
Seeing how bad the programming is for simple things like tailor, mail, exchange, etc. I doubt Cryptic would want to add another problematic feature.
Still: I'd love to have one.

PROVIDED it's implemented in such a was as to prevent abuse itslef, not sure hw that could work, but somepeople would find a way to abuse it
