Deleted items in mail

Today 12/08 I received about 5 to 8 mails (don't remember the exact number) indicating that the items I posted on exchange have expired and were being returned to me. However as always these mail come duplicated (one with an item and one without) so I proceeded to delete the ones without the item, that way later I could retrieve the other ones when near a mailbox. However when I approached a mailbox later today none of those mails were on my inbox.

It seems that somehow deleting the ones without the items also links to other one with it and deletes both. Please I need all those items back since they are quite expensive on EC and can't afford to lose them due to some in-game bug with the mail system.

I created a ticket already via the game console, and I understand it might take a while to be reviewed by support. But please I don't want an answer many days from now indicating that it was too late to do something about it since too much time has passed and you can't find that info on backup servers or whatever. Please take note I'm reporting this as soon as it happened.

    I hate to say this, but I think you are going to be out of luck. Other people have had mail issues before. Wish I had better news. Hopefully support will be able to help, but I wouldn't hold my breath. :(

    Well I had some issues fixed by GM before, let's hope this isn't an exception, specially since they should be expert already at handling mail problems with so many problems with it lately

    I have had this (think I still do). I'll get mail for expired auctions, but nothing is attached. I sent in a ticket (like all others, it was not actually responded to by a living being), but lately, MOST of the expired stuff now has attachments. Some don't, and in the past NONE did... so it is an improvement.

    One actually has to be at a mail TERMINAL to get items, of course. Still, there are bugs in this game everywhere I look. Especially as KDF / Rom-KDF.

    Well finally got a response from GM after almost 2 weeks from this issue and pretty much they said this is not something they can help with and i SHOULD submit it as a bug report.

    Well guess what!!!!!! Its been here on this forum for the same two weeks and still have no answer. Need my items back!!!!!

    Ok... This is really pissing me off with the new limit...

    I have mail back from May I CAN NOT DELETE. I don't want it.

    I also don't get just get one double when something comes off the exchange, sometimes it get TWO!

    I have AT LEAST 100 emails that I want to get rid off but cant.

    Because of the bugs this just seems to grow and grow. They keep making changes to email system but have yet to fix the actual problems

    I seem to have the same problem.
    Expired items where returned to me by mail but no items in it. This is pretty dam nasty becouse it where 2 timeship fighter packages.
    So I tried a few things.

    1st I mailed something with some cheap items to myself, which didnt work (I didnt recieve anything, not even the mail itself)

    2nd I relogged....and than I saw somethin

    When I first opened the mail window I saw in a tenth of a second the icon of the attached timeship fighter. So it IS still there, but invisible for me and for the 'system' becouse there is no 'recieve items' button.

    Lets fix this quick, dont let me hate sto!

    ps: I didnt login for 1-1.5 months
    psps: Yes I know u have to use a mail console to recieve items!

    I've been getting the same problem. When my mail is returned with a item it flashes once and then disappears. I really hope they fix this damn bug soon.

    Similar problem here, my lost email/attachment is a Suliban Cell ship.

    Bug report submitted, but not holding out much hope.

    So is there even going to be a Dev Response on this report? When am I going to get my items back or any form of compensation for these lost items?

    Just submitted a ticket as well, I only have expired sale mails now. I cannot delete them at all! Cryptic...your game is a joke! Lol

    The same just happened to me. I got Exchange Sale Expired mails and the redundant empty doubles. However, when I deleted those, the real mails with the items attached vanished together with them. Among my returned items that disappeared were purple doffs worth many many millions. How awesome!

    Why am I even posting this? No one is going to do anything about it anyway. Woot! Cryptic! Awesome! Hooray!
