Crashing when editing Team Clothes

Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
I've tried reinstalling Arc and the game, I've got my internet upgraded, and I've COMPLETELY wiped my harddrive and started my computer from Factory settings after reinstalling all the components needed.
There literally is nothing on here but programs to make Star Trek faster and stuff for music, and I'm still having this problem.
Part of why I love this game is due to being able to edit your team members appearance, so please fix this.
I LOVE this game, but its a pain when I keep having to restart the launcher just because the customizing is bugging.
