2 weeks and no CSR response

I created a customer service request over 2 weeks ago and no one had bothered to respond to me. This involves your company taking money from me (I purchased a shop from your c-store) and then that merchandise no longer being available to me, despite your started policies. I have been more than patient. You're willing to take my money but you're not willing to assist me when you TRIBBLE up and make my purchase void. Do I have to go to the better business bureau? What in God's name do I have to do to get you people to provide the most basic of customer support, hell even a "we haven't forgotten your issue" email after 2 weeks would seem reasonable.

Allow me to forward Cryptic's official response:

SHUT UP AND BUY MORE ZEN ALREADY.

(I might have licked the sugar coating off of it, but the gist is still there).

For God's sake, give their only tech support GM a break, he has to support the userbase AND develop for the game with bug fixing... oh wait...

I keep pestering them to reply to my post, eventually they get around to it. Sadly the replies are usually copy & paste jobs and contain no real support what so ever.

For example, I recently upgraded to a new laptop with a high end ATI graphic card (7970) but the game crashes every 5 minutes. So I tried to get some kind of support like maybe change a setting or get a specific driver for the card or ANYTHING and all I got was this:

    Hello,

It may not be detecting the proper card, or is having some conflict. The issue itself is generally related to driver problems. We have many users with ATI cards that have no problems at all, and do have some users with problems.

    Regards,

The Perfect World Tech Support Team

    THAT DOES NOT HELP!!

This was after sending a dxdiag, hijackthis report, going through the copy & pasted list of things that have nothing to do with the crash (virus scanner causing problem, what virus scanner?! I don't even have one installed yet).

    All in all, pretty useless.

Well, I tried filing a complaint against them with the better business bureau, but that is useless since they have had 115 complaints filed against them and they have refused to reply to any of the claims. The better business bureau suggested I file a complaint

Have you tried calling PWE and talking to someone directly instead of through the internet based support?
