I've been looking everywhere for help for this (I hope this isn't lame, but I'm not a very good gamer, anyway)--I don't know where or how I'm supposed to give the romulan refugees their supplies! I don't have the option of giving them the supplies when I hail them again and again and again. I'm Romulan Republic. I heard it was easier to deliver these supplies if you are Federation, but alas, I am not. I can't find help with this issue ANYWHERE and it's annoying that it's skipped over in walkthroughs.

The easiest way to get the supplies the refugees ask for is from the ship's replicator which is opened by opening your inventory and clicking the replicator button.
