    Michael Ansara, known for playing Kang and one of only 7 ST actors to play the same character throughout multiple incarnations of ST died in his home on Wednesday. I don't have the link to the article so if someone wants to post it, feel free to.

    Kang will live on forever in the hearts of all klingons and he has more than assured his place in the halls of sto-vo-kor.He will NEVER be forgotten.

    Oh, that sucks. :( He did a great job as Kang, I'll have to see what else he's done outside of Trek.

    I was a very little boy when Star Trek was on the air...... I had dreams about Kang.....

    dont know if I would classify them as bad dreams or good..... but Star Trek has stuck with me my whole life in many many ways...

    ... and Klingons ... are real. in all my realities, waking and asleep..... thanks to that badazz klingon.

    Michael Ansara was an awesome Klingon...and actor in-general.

    That said, nothing can match the awesomeness that was Christopher Lloyd as a klingon.

    Actor Michael Ansara, the first actor to play a Klingon and best known for his portrayal as Kang on Star Trek: TOS, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager, died Wednesday at his home, according to his former agent.

    Gee STO, where is the Klingon love, no mention of the passing of actor Michael Ansara, better know to us as Kang.
    I'm sure he died in glorious battle and is on his way to Sto-vo-kor.

    With the passing of Michael Ansara, Kang now joins his fellow Dahar Masters Koloth and Kor in Sto-vo-kor. Let us honor them.
