Character trapped in "Path of the Warrior"

My brother's character (a pre-LoR KDF with no mission progress) has been trapped in the "Path of a Warrior" zone ever since trying to start playing the character. Support and GM calls have been no help at all.

    I am currently trapped in this same situation with a KDF that I created almost a year ago. The support site is down and after about 2 weeks of GM calls I have received no reply or help from anybody.

    Fleetmates have tried inviting me to various places but it seems quite impossible to leave.

    I have tried everything to get the support site to load, but to no avail.
