muti vector console bug

It appears that while in beta mode when using the muti vector console that the +15% to impulse speed is not working any word on if this is going to be addressed soon?

Another thing of notice is that some report or seem to think after some testing that Beam over load 3 misses more then beam overload 2 with all other factors the same..

    a friend has also conformed in my alliance this bug. Any one else not getting there 15%
