Fleet set to zero after patch?

The fleet that I am a leader with has been reset to zero after the patch, I hope this can be repaired because of a the resources spent will be lost. Every tier is now zero ,Fleet , dilthium,
and Emb.

    I'm having that too. Half the times I switch zones or characters, all fleet tracks are set to 0. I have to change zones to bring all back. Wasn't happening before the patch.

    Maybe not for you, but it's been happening occasionally for others for a little while now.
