KHG Covariant Shield MK XI Shield Regen Bug

Why is the Shield Regen for KHG Covariant Shield MK XI 0/-1?

My shields are not regenerating at all in a battle, even at shield power 100 i get a regen rate of 6 per tic.

This is not an ui bug cause i tried this out in a space based battle. The shields strenght stays the same in and after finishing battle. No regeneration at all.

This is very annoying in PVE and PVP. Even with using TSS3 and EPtS2 the regeneration rate is missing in order to survive.

    Just got KHG mk xii for my schim and i have ZERO REGEN So i went and looked at my KDF w/KHG and same deal ZERO REGEN I get regen w/ fleet shields just fine but.....What a waist This game is really beginning to TRIBBLE me off Can you fix anything ?
