BUG: Inaccessible EMH, EEH, ESH doffs for KDF-allied Romulans

I have perused a couple pages in the bug section, didn't find anything about these doffs.

As many other issues, this bug is only affecting KDF-allied Romulans (KDF, FED and FED-allied Roms seem to work allright).

Normally, after reaching Tier 1 (and higher) in the Medical, Engineering and Military track, a reward is unlocked, consisting of a replicateable common (and better) quality photonic doff, respectively the Emergency Medical Hologram, Emergency Engineering Hologram and the Emergency Security Hologram. Unfortunately, those doffs aren't appearing in the replicator for KDF-allied Romulans at all.
TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    I can confirm this bug. Even after reaching Rank 4 in Engi/Medical/Military none of the holograms are avaiable for KDF-Rom.

    I hope this actually gets devs attention, I'd really like to get that purple Damage Control engineer doff, they're quite a bit more expensive on the exchange that the 1 million ECs it costs to 'replicate'.

    /still an issue for KDF Romulans after the last patch too.
    Beta, LTA, CE, Multiple preorder Versions, all Addon Packs except AoY, nearly all KDF/Rom and ~50% of all Fedships, over 25 LockboxShips, Endurer of Atari's "Year of Hell", but...

    I can also confirm this BUG on my Vice Admiral level 50 Romulan Tactical / KDF.

    hi

    i also can confirm this bug, reached level 1 on my military and i think science or engineering (whichever of them that unlocks the hologram) but there is no entry for them in the replicator.

    Yup, my KDF allied Romulan with Tier 3 in Engineering, Tier 2 in Military and Medical still doesn't have even the common photonics in the replicator (similar on my KDF allied Reman as well) as of today, 22nd of July.
