I love some of the lower level cstore ships like the Obereth but after the first 10 levels of the game you never see it again, what do you think are the chances of getting either fleet versions or t5 versions of the cstore ships ?
Almost all ships have a T5 Equivalent from the Fleet stores... All you have to do is join a fleet, contribute, get a fleet module, and you are good to go.
Edit: By almost, i mean that Ships like the NX class and the Connie are excluded... It would not really make sense to have such old rust-buckets in a modern high end fleet.
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

D'Kyr, enough said about that second part
Oberth is also not one of them, though just like the connie and miranda, I think it might be under the CBS's Never-happening list.
In the games timeline the Nova class (T2 Sci) was the replacement for the Oberth, there is a Fleet Nova so why would they go and get the ship it replaced and make it a Fleet version.
The Federation has almost every conceivable BOFF layout for every ship type, surely you can find something that will do what you want, without having your outdated favourite ship made into a Fleet T5.
And before anybody says the Klingons get a Fleet B'Rel. As a 70% KDF player, I'd be happy to lose the B'Rel shape if Cryptic where willing to give all the free Klingon Vessels 3 sets of parts. I'll be flying it as Koloth shape, it's how I flew my T1 BoP.
I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001. If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why. When I insult you I won't be discreet about it, I will be precise and to the point stupid.
Constitution was replaced by Excelsior which was replaced by Ambassador which was replaced by Galaxy which was replaced by soverign...
Excel, Amabas, and Gals have T5 Fleet retrofit variants, why not have oberth T5 Fleet retro?

Not quite with the Galaxy and the Sovereign, the Sovereign is more battle orientated than the Galaxy and the Galaxy would be better at exploration than the Sovereign.
But the Ent D went boom, may as well get one of those new Sovereigns to replace it rather than the older Galaxies. In game there is minimal differences but in the TV show/Movies I feel they where quite different in performance and role.
I do remember a future episode of Voyager with Geordie captaining a Galaxy Class.

Wow. This myth has now grown way out of proportion. CBS specifically said no to a request made years ago only about the Constitution.
They have never been attributed to have said ANYTHING about the Oberth, Miranda or NX.

I use it at times for my daily Dil. missions and some foundry.
Too crunchy for STF's though (not to mention unfair to the other players on the team )
I would LOVE a higher tiered version!
