Unable to send Mail!

I am unable to send in game mail (with or without attachments, with or without the mail console) for the past 4 weeks.

Furtermore, the mail icon starts blinking green whenever I click on it (even if I have no new messages!) or whenever I open the bank/fleet bank/account bank window.

I can still receive messages from exchange when an item is sold (and can delete said mails without problems). The mail icon will constantly keep blinking even after these mails have been marked as read or deleted.

I have already submitted 2 tickets in game as well as replied to several topics on the forums regarding this issue and there is still not a single response from Craptic.

    *I'm back again .... was so happy to see at least 1/4 to 1/2 of my mail back were it should be * But many items still not were they should be. So i started cleaning out my mail ... being the honest engine i am... now i have my toons inventory full since mail Broke down mid-stream and i can't send items to the toons that should receive them. With full inventory it is useless for me to even be online till it gets fixed. but of course i can still fly around on risa and do missions since i think 2 of them have 2 slots open :/

    Well, that might be a different problem actually, but it's related to mail so all good.
